Chaplaincy Team
Chaplaincy is an important aspect of the faith life of the school. It aims to develop pupils skills of leadership in three key areas:
Deepening Prayer - this means trying to help everyone get closer to God.
Enabling Communion - this means trying to ensure that everyone feels a part of the school and the church community and knows that God loves and cares for them.
Strengthening Mission - thsi means making sure we help others, especially those who are not as lucky as we are and showing others what it means to be a person of faith.
Each year, our Chaplaincy Team takes part in a special service called the Chaplaincy Commissioning, in which they meet with Bishop Declan and are awarded their Chaplaincy badges.

On Thursday 12th October, our new Chaplaincy Team travelled to Clifton Cathedral to take part in their Chaplaincy Commissioning with Catholic Schools from across the city.
The children were awarded their Chaplaincy badges by Bishop Declan as part of the special service.
As always, the team were an absolute credit to our school and they are looking forward to promoting our gospel values going forward.
